Initial enquiries

We collect the contact, organisation and enquiry information you choose to provide so that HarleyShift Advisory can review and respond to your initial enquiry. Submissions are held through the website form service and are reviewed by HarleyShift people.

Please keep it high-level

Do not include passwords, access credentials, sensitive personal information, privileged material or confidential documents in an initial enquiry. We will agree an appropriate information-handling approach before asking for detailed material.

Use and sharing

We use enquiry information to assess and respond to the enquiry, manage a potential engagement and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not send enquiry content to AI tools, automated decision systems or marketing platforms for classification or decision-making.
