Initial enquiries

We collect your name, email and the high-level situation you describe so Steve Harley can review and respond to your enquiry. Organisation details, a phone number and your reply preference are optional; a phone number is needed if you choose a phone or WhatsApp reply. Submissions are held through Netlify Forms, which also provides email notifications for human review.

Please keep it high-level

Do not include passwords, access credentials, sensitive personal information, privileged material or confidential documents in an initial enquiry. We will agree an appropriate information-handling approach before asking for detailed material.

Use and sharing

We use enquiry information to assess and respond to the enquiry, manage a potential engagement and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not send enquiry content to AI tools, automated decision systems or marketing platforms for classification or decision-making.

Website measurement

We use Google Analytics on public advisory pages to understand page visits and contact actions. Custom enquiry measurement contains a random reference and limited page, contact-action and approved campaign labels. It does not include the name, email, phone number, organisation or situation entered in the form. An enquiry-acceptance event records a successful form response, not the outcome of human review.

Your browser may hold limited source labels and a recent enquiry reference in session storage for this tab. We do not save the text of your enquiry in that storage. Operational and payment pages are excluded from this public-site analytics setup.

Contact

WhatsApp and Microsoft Bookings are optional third-party contact services. If you choose them, those providers process information under their own privacy terms. Please keep the initial message high-level; you can also contact Steve directly by email or phone.
